I came across a way to make money right from your computer that is easy and fast.  It is something anyone can do with little effort.  It takes a few minutes a day and can result in a six-figure income.  Let me tell you how I did with this method and then you can decide if it is right for you, ok?

I was reading some posts on a private membership and came across a method to sell domain names.  I know what your saying!  Ha, selling domain names, what's so new or great about that.  You may have even tried it and lost your shirt.  Or you found out how hard it is to get the right domain names that will sell.

If you have tried to find and register domain names then you know that most one and two word domain names are taken.  At least the ones that will sell.  But I came across a way to sell "Common Domain Names" for big bucks and quick bucks that will just blow your mind.

I am going to tell you right now exactly what I did to make over $646 dollars profit from domain names by working less then 6 hours total.  And I didn't know at that time what I was doing.  That's right, I was finding my way in a new area that I have never been involved in before and had to learn a few things, so it took me longer then it does now to make that kind of profit.  That is profit not gross income for that 6 hours.  That is over $100 an hour free and clear. Now, with a few twists and turns and some free software, I do the same in less then 2 hours.

I am going to give you the quick version now and then offer you the chance to get all the step-by-step instructions and the software and sites I use to make this very quick and very profitable.

Here is what I did.

I made a list of local business categories.  All I did was go to my local yellow pages and find the categories that had a lot of competition.  The categories like "insurance" "health"
"lawyers" etc.  If you skim through your yellow pages you will come across categories that take many pages to list all the businesses in those categories.  These are the ones you want to use to start with.

Then I picked a town to work.  It could have been my home town or any town in the U.S.  I used the United States but this should work anywhere.  I picked small to mid size towns and cities because I thought they would work best.  I tried some bigger cities and most of the "money" names were already taken.

I then put the two together and looked for available domain names that I could sell.  In other words it worked like this.  Let's say I used "Boston" as the city and "Chiropractor" as the category, then the domain name would be "bostonchiropractor.com"  It didn't take long before I realized that ALL the two word names were TAKEN.  Even for most small cities and towns.  Bummer!  Like most of the "Domain name Business" the big, deep pocket, compaines have registered these names.

How I found out what names were taken and what names were avialable was to go to godaddy.com and searched for each name to see if it was avialable.  I did this one by one and it took me an hour to find out that most were taken.  A few very small towns were available but I knew that these would not sell that well because of the low competition in these towns.

So I did what I always do when I am researching a new niche and run into a brick wall.  I asked myself this question.  "Wouldn't it be great if:"  and followed it up with my question.

Well, I asked myself this question.  

Wouldn't it be great if:   I could find exactly what people in these towns were searching for if they needed these services and could still use the two word domain name?

So I went to my keyword tool, which is:

I found out that when I put a town and category together and added another word to those two it was searched for in most areas AND some of those names were available as domain names.  In other words if I used the word "best" in front of "bostonchiropractor" to get the domain name "BestBostonChiropractor.com"  it was searched for and it made sense that Chiropractors in Boston would love to have ownership of a URL like BestBostonChiropractor.com" and redirect that search term to their main website.  As I searched my keyword tool I came up with a number of different ways to add a word that made sense and would make that three word term available as a domain name that I could register.  Like:  "ChiropractorInBoston"  Just added the word "IN" to the two word term that was already taken as a domain name.  How about "TopBostonChiropractor"  You get the idea.

Now I was getting some place.  Sure most of the three word terms were taken BUT a lot more were available for me to register then just the two word terms.  Don't you think a "Dentist" in Boston would love to have the URL "BestBostonDentist.com"? Or the Roofer love to have "BestRooferInBoston.com"?  Sure they would and these are just the terms that most people use to find local services.  So they are searched for on Google and other search engines.

Now what I had to do was find the buyers and find the best way to contact them to make my pitch to sell these available domain names.

So I went back to my "Question"??  Wouldn't it be great if:  I could find all the businesses that were paying for advertising and show them how they could get the same or better results for FREE?  As I pondered that question I thought of PPC advertising.  You know the ads that show down the right hand side of the page when you do any search.

I started with my first available domain name that I found "BestBostonPhotographer" and entered those words in to the Google search box as seperate words and up came all the adwords advertisers on the right hand side of the page.

I made up an email and sent it to each advertiser and bingo I got a reply from one of the advertising photographers asking "How Much".  I sent a reply back to him saying "I'm looking at $75 for this domain right now and if you can beat that price the domain name is yours."  After a few questions  from him via email I made the sale for $80.00 which was put into my Paypal account the same day.  I went on to do 9 more campaigns and make a total profit of $646.00. for 6 hours of work.  

Let's review step-by-step.

1.  Make up list of business categories
2.  Make up list of Cities with at least 100,00 population
3.  Make up list of "HOT" words to add to beginning, middle and end.
4.  Use Godday.com or Namecheap to find available domain names.
5.  Check for Local Adwords Advertisers on Google and aquire Email Adresses.
6.  Make up personal emails to each Advertiser.  Do NOT spam.
7.  Answer replies and barter for best price for each domain name.
